NDAA follows Patriot Act to pave the road to tyranny

The Patriot Act essentially dismantled the 4th Amendment of the Constitution and started us down the road to the current PoliceState that this country has become. It's been a long road of lies, deceit and criminalization of a country.....


Today's passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (or NDAA) by Congress continues us down the road of tyranny and strips us of our right to DUE PROCESS as an American citizen.
The NDAA is broad and vague enough to validate Obama's "Indefinite Detention" as a means to capture and torture/detain/imprison ANY AMERICAN the Government deems a "threat".
The principle of this basically pisses all over the 5th Amendment of the Constitution and shows the utter disregard our elected officials have toward the law of the land. They now manipulate the U.S. Constitution freely to their whims and fancies.

Congress just passed the National Defense Authorization Act in a 283-to-136 vote. 190 Republicans and 93 Democrats voted for; 43 Republicans and 93 Democrats voted "against." Prepare to be arrested, without charge, simply because someone "up there" believes you engage in "terroristy" stuff. Good luck proving them wrong.

These people that call themselves Representatives of the people have shown us they are traitors to the Republic. They serve only self-interest or their financiers in the Military Industrial Complex and/or the International Banking Cartel while destroying the one document that has served to protect the citizens of this great land for nearly 300 years.

The Republic is officially dead today, in my humblest of opinions.
